double ended dreads: dreaded hair:

- with both of these methods, your natural dreads will be left hanging underneath the fake ones rather than braided up with them, as with semi double enders..

1]

this method is very similar to the knotting method for single looped dreads ... you'll end up with a head full of double ended dreads that are knotted in at the root of each of your real dreads.

- fold over each double ender and slot the folded middle bit up through the base of each real dread, giving you a loop poking up from your dread.

- take both ends of the double ended dread, and bring them up through the 'loop' of fake hair, pulling them tightly all the way through.

this will leave you with two dreads knotted into the base of each real one - very quick and easy, though they can get quite heavy.

2]

with the second method, you split the undreaded mid section of your double ender in two, so that you've made a loop in the middle of the two dreaded ends. you basically then attach the dread in the same way as single looped dreads, using this 'loop' to thread your dread through ...

- pull one of your real dreads through the midsection of undreaded hair, with the top dreaded end resting on top of your head and the other left to hang down.

- twist the bottom fake dread so that the loose hair pinches your real one into place

- push your dread back through the loop after the twist

repeat this until you run out of room in the loop. you should be left with a small braidy looking section where you've twisted the fake dread around your real one, then both ends of the double ender hanging down from where they've been secured.
